We are located at 10710 Westminster Blvd. Westminster, CO 80020. Please select the Directions page for directions to the rink from various points in Colorado.

We offer several Public Skating Sessions every week. Please refer to the Public Session Schedule under the Schedules tab for the most up-to-date Public Session times.
How much does it cost to come skate at a Public Skating Session?2024-08-29T16:13:06-06:00
The admission cost is $10.00 for guests age 5 and older.  Residents of the City of Westminster or Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District with a Discount Card will receive a $1.00 discount. Children age 4 and under cost $2.00 when accompanied with a paying adult.  During our Cheap Skate sessions, the admission cost is $6.00.

We absolutely offer skate rental for our public skating sessions. We have both hockey and figure skates available to rent. The cost is $4.00 per person. We do not offer skate rental for hockey sessions and we do not allow skate rentals to leave the building.

We have skates available for rent as small as child’s size 6 up to an adult size 14.
Do you have skate aids to assist beginner level skaters?2022-10-19T15:06:14-06:00
We have 18 skate aids available for rent during all of our public skating sessions. Rental price is $5.00 and can be purchased at the front desk. Rentals are done on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Do I need to pay admission if I am not going to skate at the public skating session?2022-10-19T15:06:51-06:00
No, only skaters are required to pay for the public skating session. Guests can view the public skating session from our bleacher area or downstairs lobby.
Does the Ice Centre offer birthday parties? 2022-11-07T18:31:15-07:00
At this time, we are not offering birthday party packages.  Party rooms are available to rent if you are looking for a space to celebrate while attending one of our public skating sessions.  Please contact us at 303-469-2100 if you are interested in reserving a party room.  Once our party packages do resume, please refer to the Party Reservations page under the Parties tab for more information and to book your party online.
Is there a dress code at the Ice Centre?2022-10-19T15:08:21-06:00
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times in the Ice Centre. Warm clothing and gloves are recommended when coming to one of our Public Skating Sessions to ice skate.

The Ice Centre is a smoke-free environment. The Ice Centre does hereby prohibit the possession, consumption, use, display, transfer, distribution, sale, transportation, or growing of marijuana on or in any and all real property and facilities which it owns or operates.

Yes, limited/basic WiFi access is available in all areas of the Ice Centre.

Yes, we have a full-service pro shop located inside the Ice Centre. The Pro Shop hours will vary based upon ice usage so please call 303-464-7825 for most up to date hours or visit the Pro Shop SCHEDULE page for the operation hours for each day. Our Pro Shop has many options in both hockey and figure skates for purchase. The Pro Shop also offers SMP certified skate sharpening while you wait. Please see the Pro Shop Page under the Retail tab for more information.

We do have a fully operating concession stand in the lower lobby of the Ice Centre that operates during our Public Session times as well as most other events. Please see the Concessions page under the Retail tab for more information.

Bender’s Bar and Grill is located within the Ice Centre and overlooks one of our 3-rinks for a great view of hockey or whatever activity may be taking place. 
Does the Ice Centre offer ice skating lessons?2022-10-19T15:20:15-06:00
We offer group skating lessons for both figure skating and hockey.  Our Learn to Skate program follows the Learn to Skate USA curriculum and our hockey lessons are taught by instructors with the Hyland Hills Hockey Association. We do rent an entire rink for private parties/functions. Please see the Ice Rentals Page for more information on booking a private rental.
Can you bring a stick and puck to a Public Skating Session?2022-10-19T15:21:33-06:00
No. Sticks and pucks are prohibited during a Public Skating Session.  We do offer stick and puck times periodically when ice is available.  Please check the Stick and Puck Schedule for available times.
How can I get involved in ice hockey at the Ice Centre?2022-11-07T18:38:48-07:00
We offer Adult Leagues for 11 different levels of play. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced player, there is a place for you. Please see Adult Hockey page for detailed information.
Youth hockey programs are offered for boys and girls through the Hyland Hills Hockey Association, which has an office in the Ice Centre. Further information can be found at: www.hylandhillshockey.com  or call 720-240-4691.
Are pets allowed in the Ice Centre?2022-10-19T15:22:41-06:00
Pets are not allowed in the Ice Centre unless they are classified as an “assistance or service dog”.
