Commitment to Protection of Individual Privacy
Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District (the “District”) is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. The information requested within our website and at facilities is voluntary and need not be submitted by the visitor. Any personal information you submit to the District is maintained in accordance with the District’s Consumer Data Privacy Policy, which can be found on the District’s website.
Because the District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, certain information maintained by the District may be subject to public disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act, as may be amended from time to time, § 24-72-201 et seq., C.R.S. Additionally, the District may disclose information to third parties when such disclosure is required or permitted by law.
The information provided in this Privacy Statement should not be construed as giving business, legal, or other advice, or as guaranteeing the security or confidentiality of information provided through the District’s websites or facilities.

Personally identifiable information that you provide will only be shared with individuals within the District who need the information to respond to your request.
If you indicate that you would like to receive information about District programs and services, your personal information will be added to appropriate mailing lists. If at any time you would like your name removed from the mailing list, or your personal information updated, please email the District at unsubscribe@hylandhills.org.
No Release of Information to Third Parties
The District limits the sharing of your information to the minimum level necessary to fulfill its duties and responsibilities, complete a particular transaction, or as required or permitted by law.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
The District does not track, collect, or distribute your personal information. District hosting systems recognize the IP addresses of visitors, but do not collect electronic mail addresses, except as specifically requested for contests, purchases, registrations, or other opt-in offers.
